Shipping across the USA

• We offer free standard shipping across the USA (on orders with a total purchase amount exceeding $32), where the orders are usually delivered within 7-14 business days, depending upon your location. 
• We charge $8 for standard shipping across the USA (on orders with a total purchase amount below $32), where the orders are usually delivered within 7-14 business days (after dispatch), depending on your location. 
• We charge $15 for express shipping in which the orders are usually delivered in 3-5 business days. 

Domestic Shipping

• We offer free standard shipping across India, where the orders are usually delivered within  4-7 business days and charge $4 for express shipping in which the orders are usually delivered in 2-3 business days,  depending upon your location. 

For orders placed before 11am IST, we endeavor to process the same business day, except for on public holidays, Sundays and Wednesdays. Orders placed after 11am IST will be processed the next business day. 

International Shipping

• Shipping to other foreign countries is chargeable, the shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout automatically. 
• For orders outside of India, delivery time is between 7-15 business days. 

Unfortunately, all International Sales (Outside India) are final and are not eligible for any exchange/return.

For India,
You will be allowed to return or exchange any product that you are not satisfied with for any reason; within 5 days of receipt of the product.

To be eligible for return/exchange:

• The item(s) that have been scratched, bent, twisted or gone through any wearing and tearing will not be returned or exchanged.
• The item(s) must be unused and should have the original tag on it.
• The item(s) must be in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it.
• Sale, discounted items (under the value of ₹2700) cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.
• Replacement/Exchanged items cannot be returned.
• Eyewear cases are not eligible for exchange, return or warranty.

Note: In case of return, only a store credit (or discount code) of an equivalent amount will be credited to your Vintage account.

• Clean your Vintage sunglasses/eyeglasses with water and soap regularly. Rinse well and wipe dry with the microfiber cleaning cloth provided to avoid scratches.
• Always keep your sunglasses/eyeglasses in the Vintage case provided along with.
• Always use two hands to take them off.
• Don't leave your Vintage sunglasses/eyeglasses face down.
• Don't leave your Vintage sunglasses/eyeglasses on a heated surface like the dashboard of a car, etc.
